What if I said that I could take you to an island set in an azure blue lagoon in a secure area of South Africa where you could meet like minded women and spend a week with 9 others in a luxurious house (maids on tap), eating wonderful food, shooting the breeze, doing a spot of yoga or power walking before a sumptuous breakfast, going on exciting bush and forest excursions to see wildlife up close and personal and still have time to learn more about making your life happier?
